When you are networking or speaking it is your story that will start to create the connection you need to make the bonds of a great client relationship. What is your story? Your clients and potential clients want to know you a little (the real you). Don’t be afraid to share some information about who you are. If you show a little vulnerability – e.g. you are not perfect – then you will seem more real and approachable and you will come across as someone they can relate to.
Be a person your clients can relate to and they will have more reason to continue to do business with you over and over again.
